1) Nueltin Fly-in Lodges

Nueltin Lake straddles the 60th parallel as it divides Northern Manitoba from Nunavut and is about 700 miles north of Winnipeg, Manitoba. The lake is twenty plus miles from tip to tip with another long arm crossing it. Here you’ll find ferocious northern pike, huge lake trout and an abundance of scrappy arctic grayling.

Anglers who prefer superb accommodations to go along with superb fishing already know that Treeline Lodge is the place to be. Treeline Lodge features private cabins with private baths and modern facilities. Keep in touch with satellite phones, fax, and e-mail. Shop for tackle in our well-stocked general store. Enjoy gourmet meals and complimentary cocktails.

Plush Comfort awaits Ten Lucky Anglers at Kasamere Lake Lodge; a 4500-square-foot lodge with five modern suites, each complete with its own bath offering great privacy and comfort. Professional kitchen and cleaning staff are on-site to pamper you during your stay. Located on the south end of Nueltin Lake, it’s a short floatplane ride from our main Treeline Lodge.

Nueltin Lake Air Services, Ltd. float equipped aircraft are based at Treeline Lodge. This allows the seasoned angler
to embark on adventures in otherwise inaccessible locations. Take your pick from five lodges and an ever-changing number of remote cabins for the adventurous angler. The facilities are scattered around 14,000 square miles of pristine Canadian subarctic wilderness.

How to Get There
Fly into Winnipeg. From there, a direct air charter service will take you to Nueltin’s sport fishing lodges.

2) Big Sand Lake Lodge

Because it’s the only lodge on the lake, there are no communities and no cabins in the area, Big Sand is truly remote and a very private world-class fishing lodge. It’s not uncommon for our guests to catch and release 20 to 30-lb plus northern pike, 50-lb plus lake trout, 3 to 4-lb average walleyes and trophy-sized arctic grayling.

Situated high atop an ancient glacial esker, the main lodge was built with the guests’ needs foremost in mind. Constructed in 1987, the lodge features hundreds of square feet of glass providing a sweeping view of northern waters with birch and pine trees that serve as a background while dining or relaxing.

Fly into Winnipeg. From there, a direct air charter service will take you to Big Sand Lake Lodge.

3) Grand Slam Lodge

Grand Slam Lodge is located on the shores of legendary Reindeer Lake just a short distance from the village of Kinoosao in northern Saskatchewan, Canada. Guests stay in rustic log cabins, each with its own kitchen for preparing meals. The cabins can accommodate 2 to 4 people. Guests can expect huge catches in four species of freshwater game fish: monster walleye, trophy-sized northern pike, large lake trout and feisty grayling.

How to Get There
Grand Slam is accessible by road via Kinoosao or fly into Lynn Lake from Winnipeg where you will be met at the airport and transferred to the lodge.

Rates (2006 Housekeeping Package, Price based on double occupancy)
$275 US per person per day plus airfare to Lynn Lake, if necessary

Includes
All taxes, lodging, boats, motor, gas, and guide. Guides are available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and overtime rates are $25 per hour per boat.

4) Sawbill River Lodge

Located south of Brochet, Manitoba on massive Reindeer Lake, Sawbill River Lodge offers anglers their choice locations and fish species including pike, walleye, lake trout, grayling, whitefish and sturgeon mullet. Guests stay in one of 3 guest cabins, each of which can accommodate up to 8 people. Meals are served in the main lodge. Watch the bears in the rivers, the wide variety of birds or just gaze at the Northern Lights as they float beneath the glistening stars.

How to Get There
Flights from Winnipeg to Thompson through to Brochet are available daily, and arrangements can be made for charter flights directly to Sawbill River Lodge.

5) Bloodvein River Lodge

A spacious, comfortable, single-story timber frame lodge nestled amongst the trees along the historic Bloodvein River will be your home during your stay. Named for the red granite veins in the rocks along the shore, the Bloodvein River snakes along the east side of Lake Winnipeg in Manitoba. In addition to northern pike and walleye, you can also find sauger and perch, burbot,
channel catfish and drum. Our experienced guides will show you all the best fishing holes.

How to Get There
Fly into Winnipeg. From there, round-trip flights are available six days a week directly into Bloodvein (no flights on Saturdays).

Rates (2006 Housekeeping Package)
5 Nights and 5 Days – $1,500 US per person or customize your package at $350 US/day.
Suitable for groups of 4, 6 or 8 people. Price based on double occupancy, minimum 4 people.

Includes
